Our Lil Ninja class is for 4-5 & 6 years old and our Family class is for 7 years old and up. Fortunately the workout times for both age groups are on the same time and days. Those days are Monday, Wednesday at 5:30 - 6:45 and Friday from 5:00 to 6:00 Come by and try a free class, you will have a great time....Guaranteed !!!
At Jeremiah Center we strive to be affordable and schedule our classes so families can work out together. We have several programs to choose from and offer family discounts of 45%, 65% and up FREE for the additional family members. Come by to discuss which program would be a good fit for you.
