FIGHTING SKILL
Our goal at Jeremiah Center is to prepare each student for "Real Life".
This is accomplished by exposing them to "Realistic Training Methods" to properly equip them with the
necessary mental and physical skills.
These skills are crucial to overcome any challenge that they may face in the real world.
Our Dojo is a "Fighting Dojo' where much time is spent to develop a high level of fighting skill.
Our Base Style Is Isshin-ryu Karate
and we believe that in order to properly prepare the student
we practice all skills that enable us to be capable in the
"Stand Up, Clinch and Ground Situations"
These situations require us to be skilled in Karate, Kick Boxing, Judo & Ju Jistu.
Great emphasis is placed on "Self Discovery and Analysis"
"Daily Self Improvement" through
"Pushing Ourselves Beyond Our Known Natural Limits".
Most importantly these developed skills become valuable life tools that the student will apply elsewhere in their own life experiences that will allow them to be successful at anything they do.
Kata
Each of our forms are Black Belt level in difficulty.
At Jeremiah Center you will learn to master your body and mind and spirit through learning the
"Eight Open Hand forms or Katas"
Weapons
In our Isshinryu style there are
Three Bow Katas, Two Sai Katas, One Tuifa Kata, One Bo -Bo Kumite, & One Bo - Sai Kumite forms.

At our Dojo we have a comfortable Lobby Area with plenty of seating for viewing classes.
We offer a fully equipped modern facility with padded floors for safety, a regulation boxing ring and a
heavy bag area for practicing
and perfecting your techniques.
At our Gym we offer a fully furnished Private Commercial Gym with Free Weights,
Machines and Cardio equipment.
